Tidal flooding is a long-standing concern in Barton-Upon-Humber, and it comes as no surprise that we are at
particular risk given our close proximity to the water.
Next month, the Environment Agency will be hosting a drop-in session here at The Ropewalk where local residents can stop by, learn about the risks and listen to how the Environment Agency plans to address tidal flooding in the short term and long term.
You will also have the opportunity to give your views and opinions and engage in an open dialogue about tidal flooding in the area.
This drop-in session will take place on February 22 between 12pm and 8pm in the Humber Room.
