Jewellery Workshop – 6 weeks course with Alastair Scargall

Over the course of six weeks, you will be taught, trained and guided in creating and designing a collection of silver jewellery: two stacking rings, two pairs of matching stud earrings, two pairs of dangle earrings, one reef knot ring, one reef knot bangle and one Celtic scroll pendant. You will learn how to use hand tools to shape/form/solder and polish the different elements required. This term will concentrate on making your own stacking ring and with matching stud earrings. Students who are returning or new students who have experience/confidence to do so will have the opportunity to work from their own design if they wish.
No previous experience is required. All tools provided.
Materials will be an additional charge; the cost is dependent on the amount of silver used.
