Barton Farmers’ Market returns tomorrow at its new location on King Street.

Come along and pick up the very best in local produce direct from the farmer or producer. From handcrafted chocolates and delicious home-baked cakes to carefully matured meats and artisan breads, browse the stalls and pick your favourites.

The market is being developed and there is the opportunity for a new market over the next few months that would be a speciality food section.

This new market is suitable for local food and food related producers that may not meet the criteria of the Farmers’ Market.

The market, which runs from 9am to 1pm, first began in November 2010 and attracts shoppers from within Barton as well as the surrounding areas.
