Civic Society Talk – History of the Suffragette Movement

This Friday (May 20) Barton Civic Society welcomes Madeleine Gray, Collections Assistant with North Lincolnshire Museum, who will explore the history of the suffragette movement, and particularly how suffragettes used fashion to emphasise their cause.

Held at the Wilderspin & National School Musuem, in the Joseph Wright Hall at 7.30pm this talk is part of the Civic Society’s Lecture Programme for 2022.   Entry £4
