Anglo-American songstress Sarah Gillespie is renowned for mixing elements of jazz, folk and blues with her streetwise poetic lyrics. Having released four critically acclaimed albums in the last 10 years, she has toured extensively, headlining leading venues plus festivals in Europe and the USA. She’s twice played live on BBC Woman’s Hour and was interviewed by Andrew Marr on Start the Week on the role of politics in the arts (she has a Master’s Degree in Politics and Philosophy). Gillespie is currently recording in Notting Hill’s iconic Eastcote Studios and is releasing her fifth album in 2022.
