Now in its 28th season, Illyria Theatre returns to Baysgarth Park  with one of the company’s most popular ever shows, last performed in 2003. ALI BABA AND THE FORTY THIEVES! is adapted from the One Thousand and One Nights (otherwise known as the Arabian Nights). Like all the stories in this towering literary classic it is packed with cliff-hangers, larger-than-life characters, and laughs galore. There’s lots and lots to join in with – and the most magical cave you’ve ever seen! Perfect summer fun for thieves and vagabonds aged 5+.

The event, organised by Barton Tourism Partnership, begins at 2pm and lasts approximately 1 hour 40 minutes to include a short interval and is free.  Just bring you family and friends, a rug or chair and enjoy the performance!
