The Town Council event takes place on Sunday (August 3) at Baysgarth Park between 12noon and 4pm.

Attractions include dancing and cheer-leading demonstrations, a rounders tournament and the ever-popular children’s races which begin at 2.15pm.

Barton Town Community Band will be playing during the afternoon and Barton Children’s Centre will be hosing an active tots session and a BookStart Corner and book swop.

The Ropewalk will be proving a free “make” for children.

The annual event is organised by Barton Town Council.
