The Surma
Mr Huda and his brothers have been running The Surma since 1993, and it has since become one of the most renowned restaurants in the area. The restaurant has won many awards over the years, including The Master Chef Award and The Best Indian Restaurant Award by local newspapers and food critics.
Mr Huda, who sees to the overall running of the restaurant, is also a highly experienced chef who has created his own repertoire of regional Indian dishes using top-quality fresh produce and an array of imported herbs & spices.
