Easter weekend events in Barton

On Saturday, April 15, The Ropewalk hosts an Open Day.  If you have ever walked the adjoining path towards the Humber Bank, and wondered what happens behind the scenes at The Ropewalk, now is your chance to find out! Come and meet the team whilst exploring this fascinating historic building. The doors will open from 10am to 4pm, look at the galleries and artists’ studios and the creative industries who lease units in the building.  There will  be demonstrations,  hands-on workshops, yoga and Tai Chi sessions.

A short walk away is the Water’s Edge Visitor Centre which is hosting its annual Easter Craft Fair on both April 15 and 16.  There will be hundreds of gift ideas for all the family

Join us this Easter at our unique craft fair weekend.

There are hundreds of gift ideas for all the family as well as an Easter trail around the park and a decorate an egg competition each with a chance to win a £20 gift voucher for the gift shop – entries cost 50p each

Entrance to both The Ropewalk and Water’s Edge Visitor Centre is free as is parking at both venues.
